2. Your account & workspace

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your team member roles and permissions appropriate.

3. Acceptable use

• You may use PaisaUtils only for lawful distribution and advisory operations.
• You must not attempt to access other workspaces or reverse-engineer the service.
• You must not upload malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the records in your workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the client and prospect data you enter, and for having the consent needed to store it.

5. AI features

PaisaUtils provides AI summaries and recommendations based on your records. These are informational aids and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute investment advice and should be reviewed by you before acting on them.

6. No investment advice

PaisaUtils is a software workspace for distributors. It does not recommend, sponsor or guarantee any mutual fund scheme. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks — read all scheme-related documents carefully.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep PaisaUtils available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, limit or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.
