PaisaUtils is an AI workspace built in India for mutual fund distributors (MFDs). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it secure.

2. Data you provide

When you sign up, you create a private advisory workspace. You and your team may enter lead, customer, meeting, task and document records. This data is stored to help you run your distribution practice. You remain the owner of your advisory data at all times.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the PaisaUtils workspace features you request.
• To generate AI summaries, insights and recommendations based on your records.
• To authenticate your account and keep your workspace secure.
• To send you product, security and compliance notifications related to your account.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host and secure your workspace, under contracts that limit their use to running the service. If you invite team members, they can access records within your workspace according to the role you assign them.

5. Security

Your workspace is protected by row-level security, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access controls. Only you and your authorized team members can read or modify your advisory records.

6. Your rights

You can view, export, correct or delete the records in your workspace at any time from inside PaisaUtils. To close your account and erase your workspace data, write to support@paisautils.com.
